We’re seeking a Go-To-Market Specialist to lead high-impact product launches and shape market strategies. In this strategic, cross-company role, you’ll collaborate with product development, marketing, and business development teams to ensure our innovative solutions reach the right audiences and deliver measurable results.

Your role

Lead Go-To-Market Strategy: Define and execute launch plans for new products and services.
Commercial impact: Support the development of compelling go-to-market narratives, proposals, and client-facing materials that directly contribute to winning new business and expanding existing client relationships.
Value Proposition: Work with product teams to craft compelling messaging and positioning.
Sales Enablement: Create training materials, collateral, and competitive insights to empower the business development team.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, report on success metrics, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and impact.

The team member we’re looking for

Proven experience: A strong track record in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or business development, with demonstrable success in launching products or services and driving adoption.
Strategic market knowledge and analytical expertise: Ability to interpret market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform decisions and optimise strategies.
Exceptional communication: Skilled at crafting clear, compelling messaging, including high quality technical written content, and building relationships across diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or business development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable attributes for the role

Master’s degree (MBA or similar).
Experience in environmental risk, data analytics, or SaaS products.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
Industry knowledge: Familiarity with flood risk, re/insurance markets, data analytics, or SaaS products, enabling you to understand our clients’ challenges and position solutions effectively

JBA supports hybrid working which provides for greater flexibility with the way that we work.

The full-time role will be located in our modern, eco-friendly offices at Broughton Park, near Skipton, North Yorkshire. Our team has adopted a hybrid working approach with some requirement to work both from home and in the office. We supply equipment to support this. You will need to be in the Skipton office a minimum of 3 days a week.
